It is amazing how much trash is on the beach and what a difference we can make in one morning to keep waste and plastic out of our ocean.

We will meet at 10 a.m.  A Heal the Bay speaker will greet us and give us instructions to kick off the clean-up.  Then we will spend approximately an hour to an hour and a half walking the beach together and removing trash. 

After the clean-up we can gather at nearby picnic benches to eat lunch. Either bring a packed item or buy food from Perry's Beach Cafe.

All participants will be required to sign a waiver from Heal the Bay to participate. 

Finally in an effort to keep this beach clean up as environmentally friendly as possible please bring your own reusable gloves, and bucket or bag. We will also have a limited supply of trash bags and disposable gloves available.
